OFFICE ISLAND

 Our return to the corporate environment, post pandemic, we have been accustomed to working from home, and enjoying a more domestic softer aesthetic and surroundings. The vision of office island is to incorporate some of these values with new ways of working, using different zones to stimulate different thought and task based processes.

 The concept with office island, is you create a zone not dissimilar to system furniture in a domestic space, that feels more relaxed, so if you’re the C.E.O, and your having a meeting, your employee`s are sitting comfortably, they have platforms, to place objects on, to work on a tablet / laptop. Or if the system is in a private office it allows freedom of movement for different tasks, move away from the main PC, sit comfortably to make a skype call, or creatively solve a problem whist moving away from the task a similar philosophy to taking a walk, when your struggling to solve the problem.

The form of the sofa is designed to surround a person. The form, combined with metal legs, creates balance on its shape. By using different colors of fabric at internal and external body of this model it is possible to create more colorful and modern forms.
