Kerem Erginoğlu, founding partner of Erginoğlu & Çalışlar Mimarlık, is the new guest of Office Talks with Tuna.

Kerem Erginoğlu is the guest of third episode of the series "Office Talks with Tuna" which is broadcasting on Arkitera's YouTube channel every 15 days. The other guest of the chat whose moderator is Cemal Çobanoğlu is Mehmet Arda who is the chairman of Tuna Ofis Sales & Marketing Division and General Manager of Tuna Girsberger.

Erginoğlu & Çalışlar Mimarlık, which was established on the year 1993 by Kerem Erginoğlu and Hasan Çalışlar, develops projects, makes practice and controls in architecture, corporate identity and urban design fields today.

Erginoğlu said that at the beginning of the chat, at young age, they have established it in a venue near Ali Sami Yen Stadium and then the work they have done came to these days. On the question of how Çobanoğlu has a division of labor between two partners: “We are trying to take part in the design part of all projects. The togetherness at the beginning turns into a fork in a road later. I held responsible for some projects and for some Hasan held responsible for.”

On the question that Cemal Çobanoğlu asked to Mehmet Arda that how are continuous employee and firm relations in Tuna Ofis and Ev Mobilyaları: “I think the key to being happy in the place you work is stability. It is my 21st year in Tuna, Tuna Girsberger which is I am the general manager is a partnership and there is a complete balance in between. This balance is not easy to manage. This work continues as long as "consistency of purpose" exists between me as a professional employee and the partners.”
