The first guests of Office Interviews with Tuna are Serhan Bayık and Okan Bayık.

In the beginning of interview that moderated by Cemal Cobanoglu, Serhan Bayik who is one of the founders of OSO Architecture tells how they established their office. Serhan Bayik states that they did not established the office that conducted by 3 brothers as soon as they graduated from the university, they made actual it in 2007 after gained experience for a while.

On The Institutional Office Designs

One of the founders of OSO Architecture that usually designs office for corporate firms, specifies that designing office has a dynamism in itself, and its is positive for them due to decisions can be made faster and be able to adapted.

On the question of the use of "open office" in office designs, Okan Bayik says that these installation allows for a much more efficient use of the space in which it is owned although it has positive and negative sides.

On the question of Cobanoglu about the offices are gradually look like each other, Serhan Bayik said that he agreed this opinion and they were careful to this subject in their works and organization in open offices brought disadvantage to standardization. Differentiation In Material And Design Line

Cabanoglu’s question that “How Do You Differentiate From Your Competitors?” to Mehmet Arda, Tuna Ofis Chief of Sales & Marketing Department, he stated that they worked together with both Turkish and foreign designers as Tuna Ofis, and they tried to catch difference in material and design line. He gave Streem example that they recently made with Karim Rashid as an example of this.

I agree both Mr. Serhan and Mr. Okan’s opinions. When we look, spaces that similar each other are emerging. In here, the compliance between using developing technology-compatible elements, the space and the furniture is very important. The main difference starts to emerge as space is used.
